3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), inclusive of VAT.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation means we have received your request but it is not final until verified. Orders may be cancelled for:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing/listing errors
  • Delivery limitations
  • Incorrect/incomplete customer information

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Bangladesh via trusted courier services.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery before the courier leaves.
  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery before the courier departs.
  • Prescription and custom lenses are non-returnable, unless an error was made by Zibas.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours; advance payment for delivery costs is required.
  • Refunds are issued only if Zibas is at fault (wrong item, defect, etc.).
