Zibas Payment Policy
At Zibas, we aim to keep payments transparent and simple—no surprises, no stress. Please review the terms below before placing your order.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We currently offer one trusted method of payment:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can pay in cash when the product is delivered to their doorstep.
2. Advance Payment for Prescription Eyewear
For all prescription (power) glasses or custom lenses, we require a ৳300 advance payment before processing the order.
- This advance is used to cover the cost of personalized lenses and is non-refundable unless we make a mistake on our end.
- The remaining amount is paid via Cash on Delivery.
Our customer support team will guide you through the payment process once your order is placed.
3. Order Confirmation Process
After you place an order on our website:
- Our customer service team will call you to confirm the order details (product, prescription, delivery address, etc.).
- Once confirmed:
- For ready-to-wear glasses or sunglasses, we prepare your shipment immediately.
- For prescription/custom eyewear, we begin processing after receiving the ৳300 advance.

4. Delivery Timeline
🕒 We aim to deliver all products within 72 hours (3 working days) after order confirmation and (if required) advance payment.
- Delivery time may vary slightly based on location or courier delays, but we keep you updated throughout.
5. Failed or Refused Deliveries
To keep things fair and efficient:
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or is unreachable after confirmation, Zibas may:
- Cancel the order
- Restrict future COD purchases from that customer
- Cancel the order
6. No Online Payments (Yet)
As of now, we do not accept:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket
- Bank cards or credit cards
- Online transfers
We’re working on adding digital payment options very soon—stay tuned!
7. Pricing & Invoice
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
- A printed invoice will be included with every delivery.
