Zibas Payment Policy

At Zibas, we aim to keep payments transparent and simple—no surprises, no stress. Please review the terms below before placing your order.


1. Accepted Payment Method

We currently offer one trusted method of payment:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can pay in cash when the product is delivered to their doorstep.


2. Advance Payment for Prescription Eyewear

For all prescription (power) glasses or custom lenses, we require a ৳300 advance payment before processing the order.

Our customer support team will guide you through the payment process once your order is placed.


3. Order Confirmation Process

After you place an order on our website:

  1. Our customer service team will call you to confirm the order details (product, prescription, delivery address, etc.).
  2. Once confirmed:
    • For ready-to-wear glasses or sunglasses, we prepare your shipment immediately.
    • For prescription/custom eyewear, we begin processing after receiving the ৳300 advance.

4. Delivery Timeline

🕒 We aim to deliver all products within 72 hours (3 working days) after order confirmation and (if required) advance payment.
