Zibas Return & Refund Policy

At Zibas, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand our rules on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns – Only at the Time of Delivery

We accept returns only while the delivery agent is still present.

  • If you are not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you can return it immediately.
  • Once the delivery agent leaves, returns will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 72 hours of receiving your product if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • The exchange is for a product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid)
  • Prescription (power) glasses and custom lenses are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Delivery Costs:
The customer must pay the delivery cost in advance before the new item is shipped.

3. Power Glasses & Custom Lenses

  • All prescription glasses and custom lenses are specially crafted based on your order.
  • These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If there is an error caused by Zibas (wrong prescription, frame, or lens), we will correct it or provide a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if Zibas is at fault, such as:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Incorrect prescription or customization
  • Product defect or damage
  • Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel or change your order before it is packed for delivery.
  • Once packed, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

6. Product Availability

All products shown on our website are subject to stock availability. If your ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
