Zibas Return & Refund Policy

At Zibas, we care about your experience and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds below.


1. Returns – Only at the Time of Delivery

We accept returns only at the time of delivery, and only while the delivery agent is still present.

  • If you’re not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent.
  • Returns are not accepted after the delivery agent has left.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of receiving your product, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The item can only be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value.
  • Prescription (power) glasses and custom lenses are not eligible for exchange.
  • Delivery cost for exchanges will be borne by the customer and must be paid in advance before the new item is shipped.

3. Power Glasses & Custom Lenses

All power eyeglasses and custom lenses are crafted specifically for your prescription and preferences.

  • These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • However, if there is an error on our part (wrong prescription, frame, or lens), we will correct the issue or provide a full refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when the issue is caused by Zibas, such as:

  • Incorrect product
  • Wrong prescription or customization
  • Product defect or damage
  • Item becomes unavailable after order

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel or change your order before it has been packed for delivery.

Once the order is packed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

6. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
