2. Product Information

We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and photos. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  • Product availability can change without notice.
  • Prescription lenses are custom-made per user input—please double-check before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and inclusive of applicable VAT.

  • Payment Method: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation means we’ve received your request—but it’s not final until we verify the order details.

We may cancel orders for reasons like:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Delivery limitations
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer info

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh using trusted courier services.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days
  • Always inspect your item in front of the delivery agent
  • Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery
  • Delivery delays by courier partners are outside our control

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • You may return an item only at the time of delivery, before the delivery agent leaves.
  • Prescription (power) glasses and custom lenses are non-returnable, unless we made an error.
  • Exchanges can be requested within 72 hours, and delivery costs must be paid in advance by the customer.
  • Refunds are only issued if Zibas is at fault (wrong item, defect, etc.).
